Designed for an extremely small group with personalized attention to every detail, this week long retreat will focus on how to build and maintain feelings of calm, harmony and peaceful presence. Give yourself time to decompress away from the hustle and bustle of everyday. Enjoy twice daily yoga on the enormous covered poolside patio beneath the palm trees, daily meditations, trips to nearby beaches, conversations with new friends and old, all while nourishing yourself with artfully prepared gourmet meals from our private chef.

Villa Tranquila is a quiet and extremely private home 90 minutes outside of Liberia, Costa Rica. Located in Hacienda Pinilla, a gated community of homes complete with multiple beaches, walking trails, hiking and biking trails, a golf course and a beach club. The villa offers a relaxing atmosphere, large private pool and 7 spacious bedrooms all with large private bathrooms, sitting areas and private patios. Fully staffed with daily housekeeping, a private chef for meals and supported by a local concierge for additional activities, all of your retreat needs are well cared for.

Yoga By Allison will do their best to inform you of any and all travel recommendations and requirements. It is your responsibility to insure your retreat investment as there are no refunds for retreat purchases. Please take out a cancel for any reason travel insurance policy on the full cost of your trip as soon as you book.
