In 2018 I brought a group to Colorado for a wonderful weekend retreat. It felt like time to return and create "The Sequel" to the first run of Mountain Magic! Come with me and explore the natural beauty that abounds in Colorado and Manitou Springs during this fun community based retreat. Invite in the big energy and wide perspectives of the mountain setting to replenish your stores at this high point of summer when light abounds so you can carry it with you long after. This all-levels retreat will bring together yoga practices, Yoga Tune Up® myofascial release methods, meditation and a guided hike experience into one weekend of summer fun. This is a relaxed retreat and the perfect snack-size getaway full of yoga fun. Enjoy meeting new friends, reconnecting with yoga-friends from retreats passed, practicing in a gorgeous private residence garden and sharing in chef-prepared communal meals. Give yourself the gift of a delightful weekend away and emerge from it feeling renewed.
Our retreat yoga and meditation sessions will be hosted at a private residence in Manitou Springs, known for its mineral springs and mountain landscapes, dominated by soaring Pikes Peak. It is a vibrant artisan community, home to world class art, music, theater, and internationally famous historic restaurants. Please note that accommodations are NOT included in this retreat.
Yoga By Allison will do their best to inform you of any and all travel recommendations and requirements. It is your responsibility to insure your retreat investment as there are no refunds for retreat purchases. Please take out a cancel for any reason travel insurance policy on the full cost of your trip as soon as you book.
