*All registrants receive access to a streaming video recording of this class for one week for those who cannot make the physical class time.* Yoga Tune Up® is an integrative practice that combines principles of hatha with anatomy. It uses self-myofascial release sequences along with creatively constructed movements to enliven key areas related to more traditional yoga shapes that may be sleepy or blind in your own body. Through understanding your own anatomy, you leave a Yoga Tune Up® class empowered to make decisions in all your movement practices that best serve your bones, muscle, joints, and heart for the long run! This class has special equipment: Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls and a Coregeous Ball.
