Power Yoga

This Power Yoga class is an intermediate level vinyasa flow practice with an emphasis on movement, core strength and intelligent sequences building up to more complex yoga postures. Learn how to prepare yourself physically and mentally for deeper poses, and ways to modify around trouble spots. Each week will explore the intersection of philosophy and physicality – fusing spirituality with anatomy, intention with science, and wisdom with action in one inspiring, empowering practice.
