The turn of the year is an interesting time of reflection – of noticing where the past year meandered and of dreaming into where the upcoming year might take you. Using techniques from different yoga practices alongside the self-myofascial release techniques of The Roll ModelĀ® Method, take a journey on your mat to help understand where you’ve been and see more clearly where you want to head.
The practice will use upper back and chest opening movements alongside inversions (accessible options for all levels) to help you set your sights on the year ahead in new ways.
