Settle into the week with an evening meditation practice hosted virtually on Zoom. Whether you have meditated before or are a total newbie, you’ll find something here to help support you. Expect to explore different types of meditative practices such as breath attention, mantra, mudra and iRest Yoga Nidra depending on the week. The actual meditation will last between 20-30 minutes and there will be time to talk and reflect together.
