Forrest Yoga is a healing, all-levels discipline created by Ana Forrest that rests on the pillars of breath, strength, integrity, and spirit. Each morning of this program, you can expect a solid Forrest Yoga asana session. Afternoons are dedicated to workshops on ritual, Shamanic Reiki, ceremony, and self-care. Evenings include pranayama, meditation, and gatherings on the beautiful Kripalu campus—at the lake, around a bonfire, or in the woods.
Everyone is invited, regardless of whether you have previous experience with Forrest Yoga.
