This is a wonderful class for the absolute beginner or any level of practitioner looking to reconnect with the foundations of breathing, alignment and intention in their practice. Time is spent on describing and explaining alignment principles, ways to modify your practice for physical conditions or limitations, the benefits of various techniques, anatomical awareness and basic philosophy. Make sure to return to this class week after week because the fundamentals of yoga are so deep and engaging!
